this kimchi you see is homemade!i finally took upon myself the challenge of making kimchi all by myself
without my mom and it turns out it wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be.
i think i was more afraid of making it by myself because making kimchi with my mom is no simple task. it usually happens during harvest season(or fall) and it's quite the production that takes couple days of monitoring and a lot of hand work. this work equals half a year supply of kimchi.
needless to say, i only made enough for maybe two weeks for the two of us.
Good job Mims! I LOVE kimchi! Maybe next year you should make enough for the whole year and spread the yummies! I've never had home made Kimchi before, I bet it's absolutely divine! Look at you go!
