new addition

although we have promised ourselves not to add anything to our existing stuff,

we could not pass up a great deal on a PiNg PoNg TaBlE. so here lincoln is playing with our neighbor who also helped put it together (not to mention it took about 3 hours). these ping pong matches take place in our garage and those who come to visit us may be challenged to a match!

as i am making my rounds to meet our neighbors, i realized that a diverse group of people live in our neighborhood. nick who is playing with lincoln is from iraq and our other neighbor nick is from bulgaria and his wife is from iran. we also met a family who's from korea as well. i'm excited to meet more people in our neighborhood to find out where they are from.

we went to the "GReeK FeStiVaL" the other weekend and had some scrumptious gYrOs, gReek FriEs, sLow CoOked laMb, StuFfeD gRaPe leAvEs, gReek sTyLe MeAt PaSta, and GrEek rIcE.
